We started from Titulcia, crossing the Tajuna river in its last meters before dissolving into the Jarama and later we rolled along the Cordel de Los Manchegos and then detoured along the Camino de Montero. And go up to the abandoned houses of Montero, where we could say that the fun of the trails begins. The Camino de las Casas de Montero, the Carril de Chinchón to los Cohonares and the path of the Fuente de Villacabras until you return to the abandoned houses.
We continue along playful trails that take us to the Vereda de La Blanca passing through the beautiful area of the San Juan Lagoon Wildlife Refuge. Finally, we reach Las Cubillas and cross the M-313 road.
We passed through Lagunilla, almost dry, and went up to Castillo de Casasola. To go down arcing along the Camino de San Galindo that leads us to pass the Tajuña and the M-313 to enter the trails of the Jara Alta until we take the Cordel de la Senda Galiana.
At the top of the Butarrón at 657 meters above sea level, we make a loop to have fun going down the Barranco de la Purga path and reaching the Consuelo Mine. Which undoubtedly constitutes one of the most beautiful underground landscapes in the Community of Madrid.
We leave the Mine by pedaling through the Barranco de la Raya until we reach a firebreak, through which we go up pushing the bike (it is short) and it returns us to the Galiana Path that we do not leave almost until we reach Titulcia. Just a few kilometers before, we take another path that goes down to Jarama. Where by the paths of the River we now arrive at Titulcia. Where you cannot miss the visit and purchase of the Viña Bayona Winery Crianza.
