We started the route from the Molino de la Hoz Urbanization in Las Rozas. And we went down to the Molino de la Hoz reservoir. Then we continue parallel to the course of the Guadarrama along the trails … which unfortunately today are very muddy due to the rains of the previous day. At first, we came to think that today was not the best day to do this route. But luckily. This strong quagmire ends when we enter the Villafranca del Castillo Urbanization.
We cross it in its longitudinal green space and go out along the paths of the Arroyo de los Palacios passing through the Hermitage of the Virgen del Soto belonging to Villanueva del Pardillo. We continue up the stream along paths bordering Villanueva del Pardillo until we come out to the Camino del Cerro del Madroñal, a path of water conduction. Through which we ascend to the Barracón and then to the Cerro del Madroñal. Then we continue to the Mirador de Madrid, a crossroads that takes us to the Colmenarejo University Campus.
We leave through the Los Ranchos Urbanization until we cross the El Escorial road, M-510. And along trails we go to the Los Jarales de Galapagar Urbanization. Abandoning it by the Puente Nuevo de Juan de Herrera from the 16th century.
Immediately and playing along the train track we entered Torrelodones. Passing the same track through its train station. We continue on the other side of the train track to the Urbanización del Gasco de Torrelodones and then go to Casa Panarras and the final path that returns us to Molino de la Hoz.
