We start the route in Tres Cantos. And we roll along the perimeter of the Viñuelas fence, looking for the trails that the Vereda de las Tapias de Viñuelas and El Pardo leave on the sides until we reach the North area of Monte de Viñuenas where we make the turn of the “8” of the route.
We take the Corre Caballos road until we reach San Agustín de Guadalix. We go around the town and go out along the paths that run parallel to the Arroyo and that lead us to the Camino de Guadalix, which is the entrance to the Dehesa de Moncalvillo.
We cross the beautiful pasture along the Camino de Moncalvillo and that takes us to Los Chortales crossing the M-104 road. Then we continue along the paths of the Canal de Isabel II that leave us on the Camino de Valdemilanos and that returns us to the axis of “8”.
Now we only have to close the route through Monte de Viñuelas rolling along Vereda de las Tapias del Monte Viñuelas. We passed by the Ciudadcampo Urbanization and the Fuente del Fresno Urbanization.
We cross the Arroyo de Viñuelas and head towards San Sebastian de los Reyes crossing the Arroyo de la Dehesa.
We left San Sebastian de los Reyes through the Dehesa Boyal sports area and rolled until we found the Cordel de Matapiñonera at Arroyo de la Vega. Through which we roll until we reach the fence of Monte de Viñuelas again until we reach Tres Cantos again.
Beautiful route without great technical difficulty and in which we recommend you have a drink or eat at the Mary Carmen Restaurant.
