We started the route in the Parking of Las Eras de Valdemanco. We leave the town through the M-625 and immediately take the deviation of the Camino de Las Cabanillas that leads us to cross the M-631.
We went up to look for the Colada de La Poza and then we turned to the Camino de Cabanillas. Then later we deviate to the right through the La Rabusera area to return to the Camino de las Cabanillas. Sincerely. Save this round. The way is lost!
We cross the M-601 to visit the Dehesa de Roblellano. Here the path is lost but it is cyclable (although not recommended in periods of rain). At the end we go to the GR10 that takes us to the Convent of San Antonio and San Julián.
We continue on GR-10 along El Collado de la Cabeza until we cross the M-610 where we arrive at Valdemanco, crossing the train track over its lower bridge.
We return to take the GR-10 that guides us to Bustarviejo. We go up its South West side to take the downhill paths through El Pinar (North slope of Cabeza Arcón). We arrived at the Camino de Las Viñas and we had to follow the paths with granite slab bases that bring us closer to the Bustarviejo-Valdemanco Apartadero-Cargadero.
Then we take the Camino de Guadalix in the direction of Navalafuente crossing the M-631 and the Arroyo de Gargüera over the granite slab bridge to take the fun Senda de la Sarguera that takes us down to Navalafuente.
We closed the day, in good company, enjoying the familiar treatment and the delicious traditional cuisine of La Taberna de Nava.
