We start the route from our accommodation at the ApartHotel Marouco and head to our first ascent in the Cordillera do Toroso and its Alto do Toroso, at 369 meters above sea level. Then we descend towards Lamosa, following a section of the Portuguese Coastal Camino. We pass by the Cetárea Redonda in A Guarda, Praia Grande, and Praia de Fedorento, and finally reach the Port of A Guarda.
We continue along the coast towards the mouth of the Miño River, passing by the Cetárea de Grelo until reaching Punta dos Picos, where we start our second ascent up Monte Santa Trega. We then descend through the Castro de Santa Trega and follow the PR-G 122.1 down to A Guarda, finishing back at the ApartHotel Marouco.
