We started the route in Valdemaqueda and take the road towards the Canto de La Gallina campsite, which we border on entering the mountain.
We make the first ascent and descent through a firebreak that at the end and by footpath we reach the Cofio river and its Mocha bridge, also called the Five Eyes.
We return in the direction of Valdemaqueda by Camino de Villaescusa a Valdemaqueda. And just when we get to the first house we turn left along a path parallel to Arroyo de las Chorreras, which does not go up to Las Chorreras, where we go up in the direction of Risco del Aguila and then go down a broken track with loose stone but very fun to cross the Arroyo de la Hoz.
Now we start a strong climb that brings us to La Cabreruela of 1,179 mda +. After a few minutes of rest. We go down it again to continue along the track that takes us to the AV-561 road just where it becomes the M-537.
On the M-537, we cross it to make the last climb, but no less hard for that. We get around the Arroyo de las Chorretas to go down the Arroyo de la Borrera to Vademaqueda. Where we take the opportunity to have a stew at Bar el Socio.
