We leave from Vilallonga by way of the Euga, La Roca, Llanars to Camprodon avoiding the road. After a moment, we found the first significant rise of Salelles in Sitjar, where we turn right to climb the Alec pass and still a further climb to start the first trail through the beech to the Canemar pass and a bit on the way to Coll de la Bau where the hard and technical motocross begins, non-cyclable sections, strong slopes, rocks and roots. The problem is that it is a walking path that is not crowded where two sheets of leaves hide our roots, rocks and constant holes. The three of us have fallen more than once and in addition there were many fallen logs that often interrupted the descent. You have to like the motocross. More than an hour to make 4Km, slower than walking, although it is true that there is a stop to cure the scratches of an incident …
We continue down to the Bolos stream and start the ascent to Santa Maria and La Masó on unscheduled paths, feasible but with some demanding stretch to Coll de la Masó.
We find the GR and enjoy the Coll de Bolòs.
Not one kilometer way to find the next trail where we will have to get off the bike because it is very narrow and has a left to the left a little disturbing, very nice too.
We pass the Coll de la Creueta and access the Roureda del Mas Llandrius to climb again towards the Pla de Bonaire and a little on foot to the top of the Hermitage of Sant Antoni.
The descent of Sant Antoni is another motocross with footsteps for pedestrians and a pretty forest from the Sivilla pass through the torrent of Creixenturri to Remei and back to Salelles.
Three kilometers to Camprodon and, in our case, nine until the end of the excursion along the Ter trail, avoiding the road again until Vilallonga.
