Occitanie: Le Grès – Pelleport

Prepared to do a route of hiking through the Occitania in the hands of the hosts, Fabiane and Olivier.

We start from the village of Le Grès in the Midi-Pyrénées region. Then we cross the small road of Sainte-Agathe and the D1 to go through paths and country paths in the Chemin du Grès. We arrive at the Ruisseau de Marguestau and take the Chemin de Pratnostre that takes us to Pelleport.

At the exit of the village we turn right into the Chemin du Cimetière, crossing the Ruisseau Saint Pierre, until we reach the Chemin de Launac au Grès and we turn off along trails to see the swamp of the Ruisseau de la Reyre. We continue down the river and abandon it to skirt a small oak forest until we get out almost on the D1 road.

We have the last climb of the day that returns us to Le Grès.

Beautiful route for a small sample of the Occitania between the villages of Le Grès – Pelleport with the magnificent company of locals Fabiane and Olivier.
